Arbel has been working as an assessment test developer at JobTestPrep since 2017 and has over 15 years' experience working as a psychometric test instructor.

Arbel is the team's expert in cognitive aptitude, Federal, and law enforcement pre-employment tests. He has led the development of most of our preparation courses in these areas, including some of the most sophisticated assessments, such as the Air Traffic Controller Test (ATSA) and the P&G Online Assessment.

Arbel has also spent years researching and developing preparation materials for common civil service and law enforcement assessments, such as the TSA CBT, CritiCall, FBI Special Agent test, SAEE exam, USPS assessment, and more.

He uses his vast experience in the test prep industry to become an expert in other popular pre-hire assessments, currently focusing on military tests like ASVAB and PiCAT as well as Microsoft Assessments.
